3. Eligibility

You must meet the following requirements to use Pumping Plan:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Account Creation and Security

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.

5. Payment and Pricing

Pricing: Pumping Plan is available for a one-time payment of $19.90 USD.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Lifetime Access: Your one-time payment grants you lifetime access to Pumping Plan and all its features.

Currency: All prices are displayed in USD.

By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the stated amount.

6. Refund Policy

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer any part of the service
• Share or resell your account access
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, designs, logos, text, graphics, and other materials on Pumping Plan are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pumping Plan and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
• Reliance on any content or information provided through the service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for access to the service ($19.90 USD).

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pumping Plan, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of third parties.

15. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Your account poses a security risk
• We are required to do so by law

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@pumpingplan.com. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless specified in our Refund Policy.
