Payment Structure

Pumping Plan is available for a one-time payment of $19.90 USD, which grants you lifetime access to all features and updates. This is a digital service, and access is provided immediately upon successful payment.

General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service and immediate access upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to treating each case fairly and reasonably.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • Technical Issues: The app is non-functional or experiences critical bugs that prevent you from using core features, and we are unable to resolve the issue
  • Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to a payment processing error
  • Unauthorized Charges: Your payment method was charged without your authorization (subject to verification)
  • Service Unavailability: You are unable to access the service due to server or infrastructure issues that persist despite our efforts to resolve them

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want to use the service
  • Accidental Purchase: You purchased by mistake without verifying what you were buying
  • Lack of Use: You simply didn't use the service after purchasing
  • Incompatibility: The service doesn't work on an unsupported device or browser
  • User Error: Issues caused by incorrect usage or failure to follow instructions
  • After 7 Days: More than 7 days have passed since your original purchase date

How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase
  • Processing typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
  • Your access to Pumping Plan will be revoked upon refund approval

Partial Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds. If a refund is approved, it will be for the full purchase price of $19.90 USD.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your account and deny future access. We encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can resolve any issues fairly and efficiently.
